Fitness has always been part of my life from my footballing days to pursuing a career in fitness. My main aim is to help my clients to feel good about themselves physically and mentally both during and after each workout. I am a huge believer in the power of exercise linking our body and mind, helping us feel better not only physically but mentally. Exercise, in different forms has gotten me through some of my darkest days and helped me to make a career changing decision 8 years ago to train as a PT / Fitness Instructor so I could share my love of exercise with others. Now I am so grateful to be able to help others in my own facility. I believe there is a form of exercise for everyone out there and that each individual should find the exercise that they enjoy and works for them. James.

S&C for Athletes/Teens

McCrudden Fitness values are aligned with getting the best out of their members. That includes youths. It is important for young athletes to work off the pitch in a professional environment, where qualified trainers can teach and demonstrate correct lifting techniques, explain benefits and give youths the tools they need to perform to their highest abilities 

James and Kian are two of James' long term clients in McCrudden Fitness. They work solely with James to improve performance on, as well as off the pitch. James works 1 on 1 with each player using programs designed to cater to their specific needs and positions on the pitch. 

Agility, mobility, stability, strength, endurance and injury prevention are among the main groups highlighted in each individuals program.

One to one training catering to client's individual needs, abilities and aim of the program

SPORT SPECIFIC STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TRAINING

This can be done on a one to one basis or group sessions. The workouts will be tailored to help you improve at your specific sport.
