As the current head of Strength and conditioning with St Patrick's Athletic Academy players James, and his team at McCrudden Fitness, values are aligned with getting the best out of their young members. It is important for young athletes to work off the pitch in a professional environment, where qualified trainers can teach and demonstrate correct lifting techniques, explain benefits and give youths the tools they need to perform to their highest abilities.
