Plyos and some leg work again they never argue and always give 100%..

Gives me a chance to thank each and every person who showed up to take part in the challenge, brought food and drink (especially coffees ), or even just came to show their support. To all who donated however little it was. As you can read in this letter, it will benefit massively one of the charities we fundraised for. Now, what can we do for the next one?
